The top one strikes me as perhaps being a hay wagon. Perhaps the little railing around the edge providing a place to step as you add more hay to the pile. But that's just a complete guess. Do utility wagons have different names? That's what the others look like.
I was thinking the blue one was a hay wagon (the brown bits on top unfold to extend the sides up) but then the hooks on the green one could have been used to tie something down. I think I've seen a similar type tagged as a way wagon when I was looking the other day.
