The top one strikes me as perhaps being a hay wagon. Perhaps the little railing around the edge providing a place to step as you add more hay to the pile. But that's just a complete guess. Do utility wagons have different names? That's what the others look like.
The flat bed wagon in the bottom photo looks like a delivery cart. I've seen them restored (and reproduced) and they usually have a basic wooden seat up at the front - one plank for back support, one plank for bum support. The one I remember was connected to the wagon by thick metal cable, though a wooden stand would also work as well. They were the sorts of wagons that would haul things like wool bales, and possibly kegs lashed tight to it, though from memory a brewery wagon would have a lip around it. You've piqued my curiosity now - I'll have to go see what I can find out!
