Saturday morning we headed south, at a reasonable hour (just before 9 am). The weather forecast for Hobart keep promising fine and 22oC (72F). We kept checking. Because as we drove south, the weather was promising to be bloody cold with rain.

We went down the back road, through Nile and onto the dirt road that eventually joins the highway.
