I haven't really got around to searching Trove's digitised newspapers for family names, because the occasional time I have, I haven't found anything interesting. I guess I was just looking for the wrong names.
So I'm sharing a few mention of one great-grandmother (maternal grandmother's grandmother, although not quite the "female line"). Done in chronological order so that puts the more interesting ones towards the end. All from the Examiner.

Before the Warden and J. G. Johnson, J.P. Emily Eeles, licensee of the Nile Hotel, Lymington, was charged with having allowed Robert Boyd (against whom there was a prohibition order) to loiter in her house. Defendant pleaded not guilty. After hearing the evidence of the Superintendent of Police, Constable Copplestone, and the defendant, the bench dismissed the case, as it was not shown that Boyd was there for the purpose of obtaining liquor, but was waiting for his breakfast. 17 January 1895
