So I seem to have finished* WIP. That was a bit of an anti-climax.
Now I have to change gears, to a different style & setting, and start into one of the first drafts from last year's Nanowrimo. The one I wrote in 5 days, which has a working title "J&A" (for Jack & Ally). Since November I've read it through, twice. It falls down a bit in the middle, but that's to be expected because when I wrote that part I wasn't sure what would happen afterwards. (There are some other issues that worry me, but that happens if you try to write well-developed characters, they create issues.)
Have some LJ posts to do too.
Next in WHM series (which I am working on, it's just taking a while.)
Probably some more from the Boats.
Something about folk elements in modern protests (for April, because I said I would)
Something about this city, because I'm been thinking about it but not getting around to it.
*"Finished" means "Done as much as I can without from others, except for fiddling with contrary sentences, making changes that might come to me when I'm thinking about other things and fussing over the opening paragraph."
