A post!

After what I said about posting more regularly, I ended up not doing many posts this month, but that's because I was doing writing things, which is good. So I'm not unhappy. Would have been happier if that work had been on something other than evil WIP but that's what wanted to be written and now one od the POVs has been totally reworked and it is better. Other than waiting on sqrlwithnoLJnow to make the opening paragraphs better. The rewrite broke the open paragraphs, and she is good at making them better.

Then there is the usual problem of WTF to do with it now, but if it didn't have that problem it wouldn't be an evil WIP.

Last year I got sunburnt was at the Evandale Australia Day thingie, and I have photos. So I might put them up. I had some thought of putting up the competition (that is did for same event last year) but not sure I have the photos on me. Will look.

Photo quiz...

This is the competition I did for the Evandale Australia Day thingy last year.

The idea was simple: Find pictures of places. Have people name the associated event. Give a prize to the person who gets the most.

But I had problems finding suitable (high enough resolution, public domain etc) images so some are pictures of the actual event or poor quality.

Then when I was laying them out to print I realised I'd stuffed up with one location, but taking it out would have left me with 19 questions (there were 8 additional questions taken from the day itself).

I was aiming to have mostly easy one to encourage people participation with some tricky ones so no one would get them all right. Which no one did :)

So there's the challenge, can you name all of them? Bonus point if you can spot the problem one.

(I should add there's a 'bias' towards Tasmania because that was one of the requirements.)
