Another scene rewritten. Yah me.

I note I've got 5500 rewritten words, from a total draft of 35000. That looks better if I don't think about the chunks of mussing stuff from later on.

And in the garden yesterday, I spotted something pink under a strawberry leaf and lifted it to find.. a big, pink strawberry flower. My rather pretty flowering strawberry has survived after all. Yes!

Then this afternoon, I discovered a seedling has poked it's head above ground in the punnet where I planted the mandrake seeds. Something with a big, roundish leaf. Hopeful...
