Some photos from the Penny Farthing National Championships & Village Fair at Evandale.


Although I don't have many photos



because I was occupied here. So I only caught two of the street events (you know, the things most people go there to watch :)






This is the street after the finish line. The riders use that length to stop after their race.

This corner is the focus of events, the start/finish is just to the left. So obviously it's where most people stand. You get better photos around the corner, at the start of the circuit.

These are from the Ladies Championship final, if I remember correctly. It's the only race I saw all day.







There was a problem with dust last year, from the streets in the park, especially towards the end of the day. Although the wind wasn't as bad as the year before, when our marquee tried to take off during the Grand Parade (and I was the only one there to hold it down.
