More dark brown. They might darken if I leave them longer but I don't like overripe tomatoes.
Taste is different. I tried a blind taste test using the ones in the photo but the texture between the two is too different (the orange ones are not as big so they're harder with more skin).
Still, the orange ones are very, um, tomatoish. Like tomato sauce. The black ones don't have that and they're sweeter. I prefer the black ones (don't like that tomatoish tang). Both are nicer than supermarket tomatoes, but that probably goes without saying.
