It's 4.30 am. The whining when we went to bed has become a constant squeal. I don't know what to do :(

An hour later, after I've given up on sleep tonight, had a shower, got dressed, she's finally gone to sleep. Curled up, nose down on the towel so she sounds like a little steam train.

Any recommendations for decent dial-up?

I want someone who doesn't cut you after 4 hours (soft-limit) and doesn't bill you random amounts on random days or bill you for a months phone & internet on two consecutive days, and when you complain, send a nice email saying you have no outstanding balance.

(THEY sent me another invoice today, I sent THEM an email saying if they take out any money before two months from their double-billing, I'm closing this account. Which is a pity because I like the internet service, but I also like being able to buy groceries and weird things like that.)
