I'll probably regret this

Sent a snippet of dialogue to Evil Editor to use for this weekend's dialoguey thing. It's a bit with Des & Joe, although I guess that doesn't mean much for most. Joe's a supporting/minor character, who managed to steal the last line of the novel:
"Now let's run up that fucking rag and set sail for the Eastern bloody Ocean."

The bit I sent is from his first appearance though. It remains to be seen if it'll be used.

Good dog

Someone in the block of units has visitors including 3 young boys, of the age where they like to run around buildings and scream a lot, and jump up and down and shout and throw sticks to get a reaction out of a dog *sigh*

Dog just sat on our side of the fence, with her ears up, looking hopefully at the window where I am. Puppies, what can you do with them?
