An intelligent voice activated phone system?

I had to ring Centrelink (this is the federal government agency that gives people money). Seems they've changed the recorded voice thing on the phone to a voice activated system.

Voice: Can I have your CAN number (long spiel about what this is) including the letter on the end.

Me: 9 digit number including the letter on the end.

Voice: can I have you six digit PINnumber or if you don't have one say "I don't have one"

Me: I don't have one

Voice: I'm sorry, I didn't understand your PIN number. Is this your CAN number? (Starts to read back 9 digit number including the letter on the end.)

Me: *sigh*

Voice: Was that your CAN numbers? Starts to read back 9 digit number including the letter on the end

Me: Will you fuck off and get me a real person.

Voice: I'm sorry, I didn't understand that response. You are now being transferred to a call centre operateor.

Me: ROFL
