Haven't bothered with entries lately, because I've been mostly writing and that makes for rather dull LJ entries.
(Although I have finished the plot line I pulled out, which means I have to go back and write about the annoying daughter now. Bah. Maybe the ceiling will fall on her. I do have to write the scene where they visit the menagerie though. Have to think what animals are in it first!)
(Also, being Monday, worked on the short story today. Now the boringness & predictableness has been replaced with irrationalness & pointlessness. I think this is an improvement.)
Had market yesterday. Didn't make any money :(
Went to open garden at Pindari Herb Farm on Saturday. They make natural remedies & sell them, and the house/garden/farm is all self sufficient & organic. Noted the number of plants in the garden that I used to have but they died. Realised that most of them died becase they got smothered by existing plants and/or it was too hard to keep an eye on them in the garden. However, the vegetables & strawberries I've planted in the foam boxes have done well & I can keep an eye on them. Came to conclusion that growing herbs in the foam boxes was the good idea.
At the market on Sunday, found a new stall selling herbs. This is why I didn't make any money.
