I've got a tea infuser.

I thought I already had a tea infuser, a mesh ball that hangs in the teapot to hold the tea leaves. This "tea infuser" turns out to be a small, glass teapot with a plastic basket to hold the tea.

Well.

I can't say it's ability to keep tea leaves out of the water is too good. Admittedly, it's a fine leaved tea (Ceylon tea, direct from Sir Lanka; it's a fair trade product, the box is even made from reeds, which provide extra employment for locals & cuts down on the use of cardboard & paper -- this is a Feed Good tea). It didn't brew too well either (bitter, yuck). I'll have to experiment.

And maybe try another tea (shall overlook I've already got 6 types to choose from).

Of course this means, if I replace the broken teapot, and I like the cup under the pot setup, I'll have 5 teapots.

And 3 tea infusers.

(Starting to sound like the 12 Days of Christmas.)

It wasn't that long ago, that the only choice involved in a cup of tea was whether to put sugar in it or not.
