Observations:

If I'm stalling on rewriting a novel, reading a one I worked on earlier does not help.

Reading someone else's is slightly beter but not much.

What will help is sitting down and getting the edits for the next two scenes typed up.

There is a short scene of 400 words and another just under 100 words that needs only minor tweaks. The changes are on the printou there (are they legible though?). All that is required is to type them up.

Easy.

Nothing on TV tonight. Presents do not need wrapping tonight. Floor does not need vacuuming right now, dog will just find something else to shred (yep, she's just gone off to do it). Clothes won't be doing any drying tonight where ever they are.

No excuses.

Well

So I should have added "revamping bot's scripts" and "copying files to camera's memory cards" to the list of things I didn't have to do. Who knew :\

But... have got the first scene done. Yes!

The next one shouldn't take long.

Yes.

Fifteen minutes actually.

Done.

I am good :)

(Happily ignores that the next bit needs to be rewritten from scratch)
