Last night, I accidently turned off the stupid clock radio and because I could be stuffed fixing the time on it, left it off. So, because I couldn't tell myself to get up because it was late, I slept all morning, getting up after noon. Then I...

* Posted some canvassing letters
* Got back to working on editing #21
* Got some more photos ready to put on website
* Started, and currently in the middle of, working on the next scene of novel

All things I'm usually very good at putting off, and have been this past week.

Another mouse update

I was right. Back when I first said there's a bloody big mouse in my kitchen.

The mouse that I did the trap & release on last night was small. I thought it must have been its shadow that made it big. But the one I just caught in the trap was Big.

I caught it on the third attempt -- the first time, it went off seconds after I left the kitchen but the mouse got away; second time it licked all the peanut butter off without releasing the trap.

Just then I heard it go thwap and the mouse was still struggling when I went in and I let it die :( Poor big mouse.

Hopefully there was just the pair of them.
