You just have to relist the same sale over & over again, and it obviously works. Whereas to resell something, you have to make a new listing for every bloody item (guess what I'm supposed to be doing) and then hope someone wants it.

It would actually work. We look for things in different to normal categories for the same reason. It's a good way to get bargains because there are less potential buyers looking at it.

But the best way to make money on Ebay is to sell information on how to make money on EBay.

It's not competition for the seller though. I suspect he/she is making more through their auction then they would by buying/reselling anyway.
