Page 123 Meme
Jan. 7th, 2006 10:24 amThe rules:
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around and look for the coolest book you can find. Do what's actually next to you.
Not sure how to count sentences. If I use words with a capital at one end and a full stop at the other, it is:
See Draw
If I ignore headings, I get (I wish):
A signed cheque, leaving the amount to be filed in by the payee.
Ignoring, headings, labels, directional stuff, gives:
Rhymeless verse in continuous decasyllables with Iambic or trochaic rhythm, first used in English by the Earl of Surrey about 1540 in his version of Books II and IV of the Aenid.
Not something that should be typed before breakfast :\
