Was at the museum today so I didn't think I'd get much done but managed 3353 words, which gives me a total of 24,000 (and a daily average of 3K yah!)

Tomorrow though, I won't be getting any writing done, because the whole cast is being booked in for counselling and/or psychiatric treatment. Sheesh.

Also need to find out what injuries could be obtained by being dragged by a horse. So far, anything from breaking ankle to death. Not v. useful.

Also need to find out what happens next.

assuming the subject was riding it beforehand, foot caught in the stirrup kind of thing, thinking geometrically I suppose they'd spend much of the ordeal under the hind legs of the horse. At the very least you'd be losing a hell of a lot of skin on exposed areas.

He's actually been tied to the back of the horse, by the wrists.

Requirements are for him to be able to make it back to the office (short walk) and then fall over, after which he'll spend some time in hospital, where he still manages to maintain an important role in the story.

that happened to me once! well, not the horse bit...and not especially the last bit either. Tell the truth, it was all fixed with a carefully placed band-aid by the first aid officer. But hey! office life eh?

Now, your fella is going to get his head and face kicked unless the ties are long. If they're very long they could get snagged around an immovable object and bring the horse to a halt or break the ties between horse and object - I don't know, is that any good? I'm afraid I'm new at this. :o/

"You can't keep that rate up for long periods."
"Well, no because you soon reach the end."
