xenith | Wooden Boat Festival: Parade of Sail, sort of (Reply)

The end of the parade of sail, because I missed most of it even though I went down early, and camera decided it was too hard to take photos, so I gave in and put it on Automatic, which isn't a mode I usually use but sometimes it's just not worth fighting about.

I don't think they need captions, although I'll name the usual suspects. Also, the better photos (and my little movie) are towards the end.

There seems to be something of a traffic control problem here. Rear/middle is a police boat.

I think they're trying to clear the "road". Here is a quite a bit of ship to bring in.

I thought I'd try to find a good position to get some photos of her coming in. I did better than I expected :)

Quality isn't as good on youtube, but as the original is 250 mb I won't offer to send it out :)
