xenithLast week. Asking why I couldn't connect.
Had a reply when I checked this morning, saying that according to their records I was online and did I still need assistance?
I decided against replying.
Although I did consider pointing out that if I hadn't been able to connect for a bloody week, I would have moved to a different ISP by now, so either way further assistance wasn't required.
