It's a monthly round up of blog posts and such that might be of interest to the SF/F community. It's the first time I've hosted it, so I'm not really all that sure what to include :)
But I've grabbed the link to one of your interviews about your novel.
Why not "follow" my blog, The Great Raven, at http://suebursztynski.blogspot.com and anything that look good you can put on your roundup. I I've recently put up some stuff about ASIM#50, among other things.
I'm only doing it this month, and when I volunteer again.
I don't read read on blogger now. I don't know why, because I follow some really interesting blogs, but I haven't been over there since 2009, unless someone posts a link to a specific post. It's an irrational thing.
When do you need links by? (I'm a bit tangled as to dates, these days.) If it can wait until Friday, I can check out some of my usual suspects and give you some. I have about 60 bloggers I check, but I've got a new course starting tomorrow and another next Tuesday and have a meeting and a metting with a photocopier tomorrow and about 4000 words to write, so getting you links before Friday is a bit ambitious. Some of those bloggers are on my LJ flist, but the others I use a feed thingie for, so I can't just give you a list (I did one for Nyssa when i ahnded over the carnival - writers what blog - but itd' be out of date by now).
Mary Victoria's blog has some good entries (Australian, too) as a few of us were invited to talk about strong women in fantasy. http://maryvictoria.net/?page_id=462 I did a rant today and also a Ditmar rant on my own blog (but you know about them). Here's one really cool one: http://silence-without.blogspot.com/2011/02/mona-lisa-is-lining-up-her-approach.html (have opened FeedDemon - oh no!!)
Deborah kalin on writers' block: http://deborahkalin.com/damselfly/2011/02/chasing-zen-again/ Kathleen jennings: http://tanaudel.wordpress.com/2011/02/06/worlds-next-door/
Cory Daniels normally has something to say (RoR blog) - she posts weekly craft essays. Nicole Murphy has been posting stuff, too.
Ooh, thanks. That should be enough to round it off.
I found a lot by looking at blogs from earlier carnivals but I wanted to includes some from different people because including the same circle of posters each time seems a bit pointless.
So I'm off the hook! yay!! I'm sorry I'm so short of time. I seem to have spent my month posting rather than collecting posts. (I still ahve to shed 100 pages from my handout - back to it!!)
