So far, I'm liking it. Other than the problem of not knowing when my time expires and I swipe so fast I don't get to see the balance (it's supposed to appear on the screen but that only happens if you leave the card there for a few seconds).
Overall, it seems faster for regular usuers and easier for people who don't use a bus often.
Old method: driver hands them a piece of card, passengers goes to finda seat, driver calls them back and tells them to put the ticket in the machine, passenger puts ticket in backwards, driver tells them to turn it around, passenger puts ticket in upside down, driver takes it off them and does it for them, passenger goes to find a seat, driver calls them back to give them ticket, passenger gets ticket and takes a seat

Also, I do like being able to pay for my travel from home. It took me about 2 minutes to do it this morning. So much easier than having to remember to go into a newsagent, after I've been to the bank.
