Launceston's City Park
Parliament House is undergoing some building work, so Parliament is sitting up north, in the Albert Hall, which is on the edge of the City Park.
You might notice the placards & banners are targeted at politicians more so than usual (or maybe not from these photos, they tended to be smaller signs).

"Not Wanted Politicians"

Memormillia? (I bought a poster.)

Waiting to leave the park to start the march. Civic Square is actually straight ahead two blocks (jsut behind the old post office tower) but the march went to the left, around the mall and into the Square from the other end).

Oh no, where has everyone gone?
Someone, who apparently didn't want to come and didn't want to march (I missed this bit) and went off to hide, decided she wanted to be at the front, so I took her with me and we moved up a bit closer to the front, and a bit closer, until um...

This is the Official Front.

Arriving at Civic Square.

The long roll of paper is apparently a suggested list of reforms for the state government (they only read out the first one) to be nailed to the door of the government, with a passing reference to Wittenberg Church.
