Feb. 3rd, 2007 11:10 pmDog listens to the TV sometimes. The oddest things get her attention though. Tonight, it was a child coughing. She even barked at that. But a few minutes later on the same show, a dog barking didn't get a response.
Birds often have her pondering the TV speaker. A rottie barking "aggressivly" got the hackles up one night. One that had me wondering was a storyline involving a missing Jack Russell which Jaz took an interest in. Not surprising, except the dog didn't appear until the end and it was the people that had her attention. Then I realised the dog's owner was saying 'good dog' a lot. She knows those words

Date: 2007-02-03 01:06 pm (UTC)Huh. I sometimes wonder if some programs have a different sort of audio signal so some sounds are more recognisable. Or maybe it's just the individual animal's taste.
