A catch up:

Sunday we had a garage (driveway?) sale at mum's. She lives around the corner from the big Sunday market at Evandale. At least, it's big over summer. Now that it's cold/wet/windy, it's dropped off a bit. Which is why we have a driveway sale instead of a stall at the market. We could pack up early or even pass if the weather was bad. We could go inside, get a drink, something to eat, put on music etc. And not have to pay for a stall. Wasn't a bad day, although we didn't make a lot.

Monday was quiet. Yah. Walked down to bank & supermarket.

Tuesday morning I was up the Neighbourhood House to fill in for their computer tutor. The students were good, they just typed away, with minimal input from me. For the rest .... (They were doing blood pressure readings in the front room, so I went in during the tea break. 148/80 A bit high, how surprising ;) I should get in done in 'proper' circumstances. Haven't have it done since I was 19. For one of the human & comparative pracs, we had to measure the blood pressure & heart beat of one of our group while sitting, after exercise, after being in cold water etc.)

Tuesday afternoon I was at the museum. I need to find out how to recognise Japanese, Chinese & the similar languages. Keep encountering them and it does help to know what I have. And if there's any "easy" to translate bits of whatever it is. Ditto for Cyrillic.

Wednesday went into the city to buy frames. The discount shop has the black frames we use at the market back in stock! We bought a lot the other week. They're had some little black ones that are swap card sized as well. I had to buy some more of them. They didn't have any at Mowbray but the city store had a few. Hopefully, they'll get more in. Also have to buy some black (and silver & grey) backing paper to put in the frames. It was wild & windy in the city. Well, it was wild & windy everywhere but noticable in the city because I was out in it.

Today did some housework. Got groceries. It was wild & windy & wet again. Dog's cushion isn't getting dry. I think it's been outside for 2 days now. She has nothing to sleep on, so she bugs me all the time.
