In the garden
Sep. 17th, 2004 11:18 pmNote to self: don't put sweet pea seeds amongst snow peas next time. They're different enough they look odd together but similar enough that it's tricky to dig up just one to replant elsewhere.
But I managed it. Also put the tomatoes seedlings out (some with plastic bottles over them but onlyh ad 3 bottles) and the pea seedlings, which have probbly been eaten by snails by now. Noticed too many of the pots at the back of the garden, against the porch, were dry. Rain doesn't get in there.
Also planted out the wormwood plant. I put it in under the headge in the hope it'll grow up into it, and make use of the space and get rid of the weeds. Stupid hedge.
One graph hyacinth has some pitiful looking flowers on it. The others have none. They're not happy :(
