Sep. 13th, 2004 10:02 pmSo I'm stupid. I was thinking a few days ago about werebeasts and after running through the predaotrs, decided there weren't any suitable native beasties. BUt of course, I was limiting it to mammals. Missed the most interesting ones. A bit of a size problem but I can wing it ;)
First though, to get this submission thing together. Synopsis done, and it's not as sucky as I remembered. Next is cover letter, which wouldn't be so bad except they ask for "genre". In 25 words or less? Bah.
Came home today to find 5 packages in my mail box! Two lots of cigarette cards (actually, 5 lots, because one had 4 sets in it) to resell, I hope. Not sure if getting into these is a good idea. A bag of 100 world coins, which was more than half Finnish. I know I wanted a couple more but 50? Did find Poland & Poland in there, both of which I didn't have.
Another packet had two 1890s Russian coins, which wouild now the most expensive ones I've bought (beating out the cartwheel penny). And the final one had a set of 1990 USSR uncirculated (possible proof, can't remember). Very pretty & shiny. But enough Russian coins, I think. Except I don't have an Russian Federation ones. I've lost the one I had!
