That's the sound flames make when they appear in the frying pan around the sausages. Nice, big, red & yellow flames.
It does occur to me after watching them for a while that I should take the pan off the heat. Which causes the flames to die down & go out, which was good seeing I don't have a fire blanket or cover to put over pan.
