So tonight we have the ritual preparation of shortcuts.
The files for the recently completed (haha) work are moved into a new subfolder and backed up.
Another folder is created for the new work.
Shortcuts are changed.
When something is 'done', its shortcut is removed. When work (re)commences on something, a new shortcut is created and the icon changed to reflect something about it.
It helps to mentally shift between projects.
