xenithI've been working part time for the past year or year & a half for a community organisation. Just 4 hours a week, although I usually go in for 5.5 hours on Monday & another 4 on Thursday. As well as doing the admin stuff, I've been providing assistance with the computers (replacing faulty bits, installing programs, networking the evil little beats) for free. They're on a good thing here, aren't there? ;)
The work is there, someone has to do it & these places are mostly run on volunteer labour anyway. It's not a bad place to work, nice people for the most part, easy work & the rate wasn't too bad, becaue it includes a 20% loading in lieu of holidays, sick leave etc.
They decided today they're paying me too much.
